A tile roof lift and relay is a type of tile roof repair that is performed when the tile of your roof is still in great condition but the underlayment or plywood decking needs repair/replacement. This process is performed by our skilled roofers here at Frontline Consultants. We will remove the tile from your roof, then the underlayment. With these components out of the way, we can then complete an inspection of the plywood roof decking underneath. We will replace any section of the plywood that is damaged with a new piece of plywood (up to 100 square feet) and new underlayment. Once this restoration process is finished, we will reinstall the tile.

Thanks to the durability of tile, tile roofing often only needs repair at the underlayment/decking level, underneath the tile. If this component of your roof becomes damaged but the tile is still usable, we recommend opting for tile relay service. The structure of your roof is restored while the look of your home remains the same and you save on the cost of new tile!
