A thorough plywood inspection will be completed. 3 sheets of plywood (100sf) will be replaced if needed; any additional plywood will be replaced at the homeowner’s expense at $75/sheet. (Due to market increases this price is subject to change). We will replace up to 3sq of tiles if cracked, broken, or missing. (Color of tiles may not be an exact match).

Additional Ventilation
Elevated arched baton sticks lift up the tile so that air can circulate above the underlayment (without sacrificing protection). The more your roof/attic can breathe while being protected against the elements, the longer your roof will last and the more savings on your electric bill.
